Two Rivers Meats

Jason Pleym and his wife Margot founded Two Rivers Specialty Meats in 2007 to offer their clients meat that is raised with quality over quantity in mind. Both the quality of life for the animal, as well as quality of the product are considered before Two Rivers begins to work with a producer. The result has been a growing line of meats that are primarily locally produced, hormone and antibiotic free, and ethically and sustainably raised. What started as a handful of people shuffled into a tiny back office and warehouse has now expanded to represent 20 committed farms, ranches, producers and families who share their values and goals.

Two Rivers Meats provides us with a range of high quality meats for our dishes, and most notably the high quality Sloping Hill pork from Vancouver Island that we use in our signature house made charcuterie

Glorious Organic Farms

Glorious Organics Farm is a cooperatively owned and operated farm in Aldergrove, growing an ever changing seasonal variety of organic greens, peas, leeks, potatoes, beans, carrots, beets, garlic, fennel, edible flowers and more. We partner with Glorious Organics to collaborate on our seasonal vegetable dishes that we serve across our menus. We even work with them to plant varieties of vegetables just for us, based around a dish that we have developed to feature that product! It is an exciting relationship for our team of chefs to have.

Benton Brothers Fine Cheese

When brothers Andrew and Jonah Benton opened their doors in 2007, they had a simple goal: to help Vancouverites discover real cheese! Today, they bring an ever-changing variety of handcrafted, small-batch, artisanal cheeses to Vancouver, celebrating the work of the producers who are as passionate about making cheese as they are about selling it.

Each season, we meet with Jonah and Andrew to taste an assortment of the finest cheeses for that time of year, and begin to select the products that end up on our cheese boards and in various dishes across our menus.

Mikuni Wild Harvest

Mikuni is the fusion of two Japanese words meaning “Beautiful Forest”. Mikuni has a symbiotic relationship with the nature and the variety of wild foods that are found within it. A trip to their facility is like a candy shop for a chef, filled with wild mushrooms, truffles, and many other foraged products.

Mikuni provides us with many specialty products we use throughout our menus, such as foraged mushrooms, seasonal wild greens, truffles and much more.

Deluxe Seafood

Deluxe Seafood has been providing the Lower Mainland with high quality, wild seafood since 1986, and possesses 100 years of seafood and fishery experience between the three owners.

A long time partner of Drew’s Catering & Events, we enjoy the frequent conversations with their experts to discuss the ever changing fish market in an effort to source and feature the very best of wild, sustainable seafood on our menus.

Cioffi’s Meat Market and Deli

1989, Antonio Cioffi and his son, Rino, opened Cioffi’s Meat Market and Deli in North Burnaby, and it has been a mainstay of the Italian community ever since.

With Rino and his brother Sergio now running the business, they have expanded their operation to include an enormous array of the finest Italian goods, meats, and a kitchen for home cooked Italian takeaway. One could spend hours wandering the aisles of theirs shop filled with olive oils, vinegars, burrata flown in from Italy twice a week, and so much more.

Cioffi’s is another long standing partner of Drew’s Catering & Events. They provide us with many fine pastas, olive oils and other Italian specialty products for our dishes.
