Custom Mac and Cheese Station

3 cheese sauce with orechiette pasta made to order, with an assortment of customizable flavourings including caramelized onions, house made bacon, chives, salsa verde, roasted mushrooms and charred poblano aioli

Taco Bar Station

Choice of 3 made to order tacos, including:

  • Roasted Ling Cod, Salsa Verde, Pickled Cabbage, Lime Crema
  • Achiote Braised Chicken, Poblano Aioli, Spicy Black Beans
  • Lime and Chile Marinated Grilled Tofu, Pasilla aioli, pickled cabbage, cilantro

Risotto Station

Our chefs prepare individual servings of a classic risotto to order, with wild mushrooms, parmiggiano reggiano, young olive oil and fresh herbs

Salad Station

Our chefs prepare individual servings of 3 different salads to order, including:

  • DC Signature Slow Roasted Cinnamon Pear Salad
    With Okanagan goat cheese, organic greens, toasted pumpkin seeds and balsamic vinaigrette
  • Kale Caesar
    Organic kale, house Caesar dressing, butter croutons, padano, lemon zest
